If someone created a Substitution Request for the wrong class can we cancel it?
You can cancel an invite at any time as long as the date of the class has not passed and no new teachers have accepted and been reassigned to the class yet. If someone's name is visible on the invite list when creating a request but they are grayed out, that just means they have not yet downloaded the Subsync app. We prevent them from receiving invites on purpose, as to not allow for pending invites to sit unread to a non user.

What if nobody accepts the invitation to Substitute for a class, who will teach the class?
These are only requests for someone else to cover the class, therefore the original Staff member is still responsible to teach that class if nobody else is available to cover it. That teacher will see the class on their schedule unless someone else accepts the invite. -
Where can I see classes that have a Substitution Request sent out for?

Where can I see what Substitution Requests are still open?
Go to your Classes page from the sidebar menu. First select the Date Range you are looking for. At the top under Class Request select Open. This will show you all Open Requests in the date range you are searching for. You can also filter by Location, Resource room, Class Type or Staff. -
