I see a name on the substitution request invite when I am creating a request but their name is grayed out

If someone's name is visible on the invite list when creating a request but they are grayed out, that just means they have not yet downloaded the Subsync app.  We prevent them from receiving invites on purpose, as to not allow for pending invites to sit unread to a non user.
