What if nobody accepts the invitation to Substitute for a class, who will teach the class?

These are only requests for someone else to cover the class, therefore the original Staff member is still responsible to teach that class if nobody else is available to cover it.  That teacher will see the class on their schedule unless someone else accepts the invite.
