If you would like all of your authorized teachers to be included on every sub request for their class types please follow the steps below.
Go to:
- Company
- Company Settings
Edit the field 'Substitution Method' to 'All Teachers'. This way every single sub request created will include all active teachers assigned to that location with that applicable class type on their profiles. If you keep this method to Teacher Select whenever your teacher creates a sub request they will select from the list of authorized teachers who will receive the invite. Only the Subsync Account Owner can modify this setting.
