Yes you can have all new active teachers automatically receive a welcome email to download the Subsync Mobile App and login to their account. Once you have added the new teacher's profile into you Mindbody Online account. Subsync will verify new teachers added once a day and we will automatically send the new teacher an email.
Go to:
- Company
- Company Settings
Edit the field 'Auto Welcome Emails' to 'Yes'. Keep in mind only the Subsync Account Owner can modify the company settings.
