If you would like to change a large group at once go to the Sidebar menu and click on:
- 'Studio' and then you'll see a drop-down list appear.
- Then select 'Staff Authorizations'
From here you will see the full list of all Staff that is currently Assigned and Unassigned to that location. If you wish to remove them from a location that is assigned click on their name bar and it will revert to Unassigned locations. If you wish to allow them access to teach at an unassigned location, click on that staff’s name bar and it will revert to Assigned locations.
