Yes you can block your staff from using the app, you can also block your staff from submitting substitution requests, you can block staff from receiving invitations to cover for a class and you can block them from receiving any messages in their app.
After logging in to your account from a desktop go to:
- Substitutions
- Staff
- search for the Staff
- Click on the applicable Blocking option
You have a variety of blocking options available. Alternatively you can reverse the blocks at any time by disabling them. If you do not see these options available on a Staff page please make this request from your Studioease account owner.
