Not a problem. You can 'delete' staff from Subsync. This is just for organization and can be done if the staff has no classes on their schedule. They can be restored from deletion at any time. Deleting them will not make any changes to their profile in your Mindbody Online account and they will not be permanently deleted in your Subsync account either. You can restore them at any time
However, if your intention is to make sure the staff is not included on any future substitution invitations please block the teacher from having access to the app.
After logging in to your account on a desktop go to:
- Substitutions
- Staff
- Search for the Staff
- Click on Delete from the top right
