Can I limit the number of hours before a class starts that a sub request cannot be made within?

If you would like to create a time frame for which sub requests cannot be submitted for within a certain number of hours or days prior to a shift you can set those limits in Company settings.

Go to:

  • Company
  • Company Settings

Edit the 'Minimum days' or the 'Minimum hours'.   Only the Subsync Account Manager can modify these settings.
