If you deactivated old Class Types in your Mindbody Online account but still see them in your Subsync account, this is normal. We import all of your data from MindBody Online.
When you are in any staff's detail page under the Class Types menu you can scroll down to Class Types Summary and click on the button 'Show Unscheduled Class Types'. This way you can see old class types that are not currently on your schedule. We do not delete any class types, it you want those old class types deleted you will have to complete that task in your Mindbody account.
