In your Mindbody Online account any staff that is active or deactivated will automatically sync into your Subsync account when your account was created. The Mobile Phone Statistics relate to both the Staff with classes scheduled in Mindbody Online and the Staff who are NOT scheduled with classes in your Mindbody Online account. When your invitations go out to your Staff to join the app those invites to join the Subsync Mobile App only go to Active staff. The number on your dashboard for your Mobile Phone Statistics will include all active and deactivated staff from your Mindbody Online account.
